Product Advantages

  • Supzn?AK-1, a new type of super zinc sulfide active agent initiated by Komet, is an organic ordination composite material formed by coordination bonds between zinc oxide nanoparticles and organic coordination polymerization carriers.
  • The product solves the flocculation agglomeration problem of indirect zinc oxide, the agglomeration problem of nano-zinc oxide and the compatible dispersion problem of zinc oxide and organic rubber. At the same time, it has certain lubrication and anti-coking effect, which can significantly improve the molar concentration of the curing reaction in the unit volume of the mixing rubber. lt is an ideal upgrade product for all kinds of zinc oxide and pre-dispersed zinc oxide parent rubber ZnO-80. The products have passed the "green, low carbon" process certification, and obtained the "ISCC-PLUS" certificate.

Performance and Application

Suitable for all kinds of rubber vulcanization, in the conventional rubber "sulfur zinc ratio" formula, can be equal to replace the indirect method of zinc oxide (#997), with excellent vulcanization activity and dispersion performance.
